01 // Institutional Legal Framework
1.1 Contractual Architecture and Scope
These Master Terms of Service legally bind Studio Launch Ltd and your organization regarding the access, execution, and ongoing use of all software applications, cloud APIs, and digital systems engineered by the studio—specifically JetInbox, CrewIQ, FlarePath, and FlareForge. By accessing these environments, authenticating database configurations, or linking email servers to our network, your entity acknowledges full compliance with these structural rules.
1.2 Production Environment Licensing
Studio Launch Ltd grants your enterprise a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and strictly limited license to access our platform interfaces to manage aviation procurement, logistics, and data modeling. You explicitly agree that your team, affiliates, and contractors will not copy, decompile, mirror, scrape, frame, or reverse-engineer any component of our application logic or interface codebases.
1.3 Telemetry Integrity & Security Sovereignty
Subscribing companies bear full legal and financial liability for all API tokens, user seats, and server keys generated under their account hierarchy. If your team suspects a data breach, credential compromise, or unauthorized system access, you must notify the Studio Launch response desk via email within 60 minutes. This allows our team to isolate affected environments and safeguard system-wide data integrity.
1.4 Indemnification & Service Continuity
Studio Launch Ltd builds enterprise software designed for high-consequence aviation operating spaces. We target a 99.9% uptime baseline across our core processing networks. However, because our systems interface with third-party email servers, external flight scheduling systems, and global logistics databases, the studio assumes no commercial or legal liability for unexpected operational delays, upstream telecom outages, or data loss resulting from independent grid failures.
1.5 Financial Protocols and Account Status
Access to all premium system tiers relies on timely payments processed through our authorized invoicing networks. Unpaid balances remaining overdue for more than 14 calendar days will trigger an automated environment lock. During a system lock, processing pipelines are paused and API responses are suspended until your balance is cleared. Studio Launch Ltd reserves the right to modify pricing structures upon providing 30 days of written notice to the administrative contact on file.
1.6 Jurisdictional Authority & Dispute Resolution
This contractual architecture is governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes, contract challenges, or enforcement actions arising from these terms fall under the sole jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.
